2010 Draft Procedures

January 31, 2011 in Draft

As of Sunday evening, January 30, we are now through round 19 of the 2010 IIBL Player Draft. The final round is round 23. Team rosters are full when they reach 35 players. Most teams currently have 31 players. Picks are not tradeable after a team drafts their 35th player. Listed below are the teams which are slated to finish drafting before or after round 35.

Rosehaven is at 34 players now, so its last pick will be Monday
At 32 are Madiba, Carolina
At 30 are Yankton, Cambridge
At 29 is Kissimmee

After round 23, teams that have signed players which they would like to release are eligible to do so. If you want to release any such player please send it to the league e-mail address.

Such teams who have released a player — as well as those whose rosters do not have 35 players — should submit lists to fill out their roster. Those lists will be due at 10 PM EST the day after the lists for the final draft round are due. At that point, such lists will be filled in the normal draft order.

At that point, the draft is done. Afterwards, any roster change requests will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
